These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TGreen Workspace LLC website at tgreenworkspace.com and any consulting services, deliverables, or engagements provided by TGreen Workspace LLC ("TGWS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or engage our services.
TGreen Workspace LLC provides Salesforce consulting, implementation, configuration, and advisory services. All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") or project agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict. These Terms apply to all website visitors and prospective clients in the absence of a signed engagement agreement.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of TGreen Workspace LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Deliverables produced under a signed engagement are governed by the IP terms in the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work product delivered to a client becomes the client's property upon receipt of full payment.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, Salesforce org configurations, business processes, customer data, pricing, and internal strategy. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement for a period of three (3) years.
Payment terms are defined in each individual SOW or project agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
TGreen Workspace LLC operates a no-refund policy as a general rule. Given the nature of consulting services — where time, expertise, and resources are committed upon engagement — all fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds may be considered only under extenuating circumstances, which are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through a manual review process. Extenuating circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
To request a refund review, you must submit a written request to taylor@tgreenworkspace.com within 30 days of the disputed charge, including a detailed description of the circumstances. All refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of TGreen Workspace LLC.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting TGWS for resolution may result in termination of the engagement and reporting to applicable platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGreen Workspace LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim.
This website and all information provided on it are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TGWS does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Consulting recommendations are based on information provided by the client and the professional judgment of our team. TGWS does not guarantee specific business outcomes from any engagement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TGreen Workspace LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
