Plain and short.
This page explains what I collect when you visit tgreenworkspace.com, how I use it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. I am Taylor Green, and I run TGreen Workspace LLC. When I say "the site" I mean tgreenworkspace.com and its pages.
Effective October 13, 2026What I collect
What you type in. When you send a request, I receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, the CRM or platform you use, how much work you expect, your company size if you share it, and the text of your request. The plan calculator adds the plan size and estimate you chose.
How you arrived. If the link you followed carries campaign tags (UTM parameters or a click ID), the site keeps them in your browser's local storage together with the page you landed on and the referring site. They travel with your request so I know where it came from. They stay in your browser until you clear it, and nothing is sent anywhere until you submit the form.
Server logs. Like any web host, Netlify records standard request logs (IP address, browser and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site.
The site runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels and no third-party cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details to serve them.
How I use it
- To read your request, decide whether TGWS Priority fits, and reply by email.
- To keep a record in my CRM so I can follow up on your request.
- To keep the site secure and working.
I do not sell or share your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.
Who helps me run the site
These companies process data on my behalf, under their own agreements and security terms:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives the form you submit.
- Salesforce is the CRM where I keep your request and my notes about it.
- Calendly handles scheduling when you book a call, including your name, email and the time you choose.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site uses.
The TGWS Priority client portal is covered by your service agreement. Work you do there is client data.
How long I keep it
I keep request details and CRM records for as long as I may work with you, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law needs a longer period. Browser storage set by the site stays until you clear it.
Your rights
Email me at taylor@tgreenworkspace.com to see what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. I reply within 30 days.
Security and children
The site is served only over HTTPS, and your request goes from Netlify into my Salesforce org through an authenticated server-side integration. Please keep passwords, payment details and confidential client records out of the form. The site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16.
Changes
When I update this policy, I will post the new version here with a new effective date.
