Let's talk ↗Work directly with me to turn your Salesforce, CRM and AI backlog into working outcomes. Expert judgment. A purpose-built delivery system. One person who owns the result.
From Fortune 500 engineering to hands-on Salesforce consulting, I've seen where delivery slows down: handoffs, repeated discovery and too much distance between an idea and the person building it.
I've invested in proprietary processes, a reusable codebase, powerful hardware and AI-first tools to close that gap. You work directly with me. The system supports the work. I remain accountable for it.
I translate the business need into the right technical decision.
My codebase and repeatable processes carry context from request to release.
Purpose-built tooling accelerates implementation, with my review and testing.
I stay with the outcome through deployment, documentation and hypercare.
Keep the requests coming. I handle covered work within your agreed plan, without a new estimate approval for every small improvement.
Unlimited requests, with requirements and priorities in one place.
Agreed capacity, clear timing and separate lanes for different sizes of work.
I build, test and deliver, with the context you need to use it confidently.
Unlimited requests means unlimited intake, not unlimited simultaneous delivery. Your plan defines reserved capacity; larger initiatives are scoped separately.
Different delivery lanes can move together. Requests in the same lane queue in priority order.
Quick fixes and straightforward adjustments, often in a few hours
A contained feature, component or automation
Most larger day-to-day requests fit here: a new feature, a substantial automation or a complete component. Delivered within your agreed plan and capacity.
Separately scoped for major implementations across multiple roles or teams, with coordinated rollout dependencies.
Targets start when work is ready and active in its lane, subject to your agreed plan and capacity. Dependencies and scope changes can affect the schedule.

Every delivery includes 30 days of hypercare for the delivered scope. I handle defects and reasonable adjustments without turning every tweak into another quote.
Working sessions, priority communication, annotated videos and project documentation keep the work understandable and maintainable. New features follow your plan's scope and capacity, or a separate project agreement.
