Not covered: laptops, phones, printers, office Wi-Fi and anything that needs someone on site. I don't move money, approve payments or sign anything on your behalf. Your exact list is written into your plan before day one.
Typical requests, in the words people use, with the usual size. One equivalent is one hour of focused delivery, testing and documentation included.
“Our new hire starts Monday.”
Their email account, groups and shared drives, Slack, a CRM seat with the right permissions and every other tool they need, ready before they log in. The checklist is saved so the next hire is faster.
Google Workspace · Slack · HubSpot
“Leads from the website form go nowhere.”
Every form submission lands in the CRM with an owner assigned and an alert to that person. Tested end to end with a real submission.
Webflow · HubSpot · Slack
“Our invoices keep landing in spam.”
Email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) set up on your domain for every tool that sends as you, then checked from outside.
Cloudflare · Google Workspace · Stripe
“Stop retyping Stripe payments into QuickBooks.”
Payments, fees and refunds sync into your books on their own, with a daily check that the totals match. You still approve and move the money.
Stripe · QuickBooks
“Send the contract the moment a deal is won.”
A won deal sends the e-signature envelope filled in from the CRM, and the signed copy is saved back on the deal.
Salesforce · DocuSign
“Add a field and make it required at the proposal stage.”
The field, the rule that enforces it, the page layout and the reports that should show it, all updated together.
Salesforce · HubSpot · Zoho
“I want the pipeline report in my inbox every Monday.”
A report built from your live CRM data, scheduled to arrive at 8 am Monday, with the numbers explained in one line each.
HubSpot · Google Sheets
“We have thousands of duplicate contacts.”
Duplicates merged with their history kept, a rule that stops new ones, and before-and-after counts so you can see the change.
Salesforce · HubSpot
“A Zap broke and nobody noticed for a week.”
Fixed, the missed records caught up, and an alert added so the next failure reaches you the same day.
Zapier · Make · Slack
“Support emails go to whoever sees them first.”
A help desk with routing rules, saved replies and a view of what is waiting too long, set up the way your team works.
Zendesk · Help Scout · Gmail
“What are we paying for, and who has access?”
Every tool, seat count, monthly cost and who can sign in, in one sheet, with unused seats flagged for you to cancel.
Your whole stack
“Summarise every customer email onto their record.”
A short summary and suggested next step written to the customer record, using the AI you already pay for, with a person still deciding.
Copilot · Gemini · Agentforce
Typical sizes, for planning. Your setup decides the real size, and nothing beyond your plan starts without your yes.
Nothing to install, nothing to learn, no meeting to book.
In each tool, or through your password manager. Your accounts, your ownership, only the access the work needs.
Every system, who has access, what connects to what and what is fragile, written down. You keep the map.
In Slack or your Priority workspace. A screenshot and one sentence is enough. Every request gets a reply the same business day.
Each change comes with a short written note, or a recorded video when it is worth seeing, and 30 days of follow-up.
Three questions size your plan. Same TGWS Priority plans, prices and checkout as the main calculator, sized from your tools instead of from hours.
What it covers, how a request moves from your message to a tested change, and what one flat price includes.
AI-generated narration and illustrative work scenes. Screens are examples, not client systems or results.
You shouldn't need a call to get a fix. Everything happens in writing, so nothing depends on someone remembering a conversation.
“Taylor is a Salesforce master … As result of the system, two employees are freed up to help with other parts of our business.”
“Having worked with developers for over 20 years, I can confidently say that Taylor’s team stands out as truly high-quality professionals. They have a deep understanding of their craft, maintain high standards, and consistently deliver clean, well-structured work with zero bugs.”
“Taylor identifies issues and opportunities, recommends thoughtful, practical solutions, and consistently delivers high-quality work with impressive speed, often ahead of schedule and under budget.”
Individual client experience. Results vary.

Anything else, ask in the form below and I answer in writing.
Any tool your team signs in to through a browser or app and can add a user to: your CRM, email and workspace, website builder, domain registrar, billing, project, help desk and automation tools. If you can share access to it, it can be covered. Hardware and anything that needs someone in the room are not.
Right. Requests, answers, plans and updates all happen in writing, and anything worth showing comes as a short recorded video of your own system. You can read and watch on your own time, and your team can look back at it later.
No. It is the same TGWS Priority plan, with the same workspace, capacity and top-ups. This page just covers the whole stack instead of starting from the CRM. You sign in to the same Priority workspace to send requests and follow progress.
Yes. I set the plan for your stack, decide how each request gets done and review every change before it reaches you, and I am the one accountable for it. My delivery system, the process, code library and AI tooling I have built over years of client work, does the hands-on work and the documentation. That is how one flat price covers this much.
Each area you tick adds the usual monthly upkeep for it, team size scales that, and the amount of change you want adds room for new work. The result is a plan size in equivalents, priced exactly like every TGWS Priority plan. It is an estimate: if you would rather I size it, send the form and I reply with the plan I recommend.
You add me as a named user in your own accounts, or share through your password manager, with only the access the work needs. Credentials never go in chat or email. Every change is written down, and access is removed and recorded if you leave.
Nothing breaks. Everything I build runs in your accounts, on your subscriptions, never on mine. You keep the map, the documentation and every recording. Give 30 days' notice and the plan ends at the next renewal.
I tell you before starting anything that would go past your plan, with the top-up price in writing. Nothing extra is charged unless you say yes. Larger projects, like moving to a new CRM, get their own written plan.
List the tools your team uses and what you want off your plate. I read every request myself and reply by email within one business day with your monthly price and what it covers. No account, payment or meeting required.
